1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 92jeeto platform — whether via a web browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible interface — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the 92jeeto platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who interacts with any part of the 92jeeto website or services. 92jeeto reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and age at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one active account on the 92jeeto platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, device, or email address used. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 92jeeto reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances held across them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 92jeeto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment information, or personal circumstances change in any way that affects your eligibility to use the platform, you must update your account information promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 92jeeto platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92jeeto does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to any transaction.

Deposits: 92jeeto accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — instant credit, no fees, minimum deposit Rs 200
• EasyPaisa — instant credit, no fees, minimum deposit Rs 200
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, processing within 1–3 hours
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, processing within 1–3 hours
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer, processing within 1–3 hours

Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 92jeeto account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three business hours during normal banking hours. 92jeeto does not accept deposits made using funds belonging to a third party. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to four hours during business days. 92jeeto reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing conditions are detailed in the Payments section of the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

92jeeto offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions are set out below:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 92jeeto and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Players may not claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, payment methods, or devices.

• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 92jeeto platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet. General rules that apply to all betting and gaming activity are as follows:

• Bets may only be placed using funds available in your real-money or bonus balance. You may not place a bet that exceeds your available balance.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. All bets are final upon confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity issue during the placement of a bet, 92jeeto reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL match betting and international series, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports section of the platform. Results are determined based on official match outcomes as declared by the relevant cricket governing body.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at 92jeeto's discretion, including during stoppages in play, at critical match moments, or for risk management purposes.
• 92jeeto reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet or game category at any time and for any reason.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92jeeto platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account on the platform, whether for personal use or to circumvent account restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to the use of minimal-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with or place bets on the platform.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 92jeeto and other platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Money laundering: Using the 92jeeto platform to conceal or legitimise the proceeds of illegal activity. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage person.

8 Responsible Gaming

92jeeto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 92jeeto players and can be activated at any time from the account settings panel:

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92jeeto platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from 92jeeto.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the platform.
• Use any 92jeeto branding, trademarks, or trade names in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an endorsement not authorised by 92jeeto.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92jeeto, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting the availability or functionality of the platform.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

92jeeto does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

92jeeto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption across all data transmissions and apply strict access controls to personal data stored on our systems. Your personal information will never be sold to third parties. 12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 92jeeto's customer support team and allow a period of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. 92jeeto is committed to addressing all player complaints fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.
